Faith for the Future

In August-September 2020, World Vision gathered 300 participants from different churches to convene in Faith for the Future Philippines. This webinar series is based on “Connected Generation”, a study by Barna, in partnership with Alpha commissioned by World Vision on the emerging generation and its correlation to faith and spirituality. Speakers such as Daniel Copeland, Pastor Paolo Punzalan of Victory Fort, Pastor Mel & Pastor AJ Caparros of Living Word, Edric & Joy Mendoza of CCF, and Pastor Glenn DeGuzman of By the Word Ministries with Ms. Charm Callejo of World Vision tackled topics on ministering to the youth in the church congregation, The importance of discipleship among the youth, Maximizing social media to minister to the present generation, Passing on biblical foundations to our children as the next generation youth, and reaching the vulnerable youth in our communities.

Songs of Hope

Songs of Hope Worship Night was the culminating night of the Songs of Hope series with celebrity ambassadors. It gathered 6 different churches, including Victory Worship, Union Church of Manila, Favor Church, CCF Exalt, Living Word, and Victory Katipunan to offer a songs of hope to the Lord during the challenging times of COVID-19.

Prayer

The Prayer with youth Christian influencers was an initiative during the pandemic outbreak, to encourage everyone to join in prayer for the concern of the nations. It engaged influential youth christian personalities to strengthen the brand of World Vision as a christian organization including Jericho Arceo, Joena San Diego, Nate and Pauline Punzalan, and ambassadors Perkins Twins.
